The girls at the office were very friendly and cordial and made my experience a very pleasant, positive one; explaining everything clearly and getting me settled into the experience; the only thing that was frustrating was I wasn’t told to exit the storage area at a different location and I had to drive around to figure this one out!!
Otherwise; the unit was clean and I felt I made the right choice by choosing Sentiental Storage!! I love the location and the security was impressive!! Thanks !!

Excellent service, location is clean and well maintained. The ladies that manage this place on a daily basis are a pleasure to work with.They are always smiling, laughing and just make you feel good. Lots of fun to be around and make you want to come back which is great for business.

The staff, especially a nice lady named, Jen, were exceptional. Now that was some good customer service! I recently moved 1,550 km's away from home and had no idea what to expect when I arrived here. All my questions were answered, I felt at ease and left with a smile. I know my stuff with be safe. Would definitely recommend.
