The staff, especially a nice lady named, Jen, were exceptional. Now that was some good customer service! I recently moved 1,550 km's away from home and had no idea what to expect when I arrived here. All my questions were answered, I felt at ease and left with a smile. I know my stuff with be safe. Would definitely recommend.

We had an issue with our bill and Jen was super quick to sort it out. She was able to make it work more effectively for us and was so kind about the whole situation. If it wasn't something that was able to get resolved we were looking to move out of our unit, but Jen was able to efficiently get it all dealt with and we are happy to remain where we are.

We've been using the Fort McMurray location for a few months each summer for a decade and we've had amazing service. The staff are very accommodating and have gone above and beyond to support us. Such as providing move in access on a holiday Monday, and willingness to accept a package on our behalf. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Just like a second home feeling of course, and just knowing your valuables are being kept safe, and secure, is a feeling of security on its own. Not to mention the staff, who are so very friendly, and help you in every way they can to make your experience stress free, with all of the essentials you require. Thank you Fort McMurray Sentinel Storage ! Keep up the great service! 👍Note: (Customers are though very disappointed on the ‘NEW’ ‘locked’ garbage bin outside the main building that was so helpful to us in maintaining cleanliness, and organization throughout the storage units with our already stressful moves that we pay for. We do not need any extra stress and this is why we chose Sentinel Storage as well for this convenience.)
